All New Bankruptcy Forms and Software Complete at Mile High Bankruptcy

In the last quarter of 2015, the Federal Bankruptcy forms underwent a dramatic revision—changing the way bankruptcy information was reported for the first time in a quarter century. In addition, the software company who had serviced processing of cases merged with another conglomerate, eliminating the way cases have been created since the early 1990s.

For anyone who has struggled with computer updates or cell phone headaches (all of us), these changes were a monumental change for all bankruptcy lawyers, trustees and judges.

I am happy to report that with several sleepless nights and much focus and hard work, Mile High Bankruptcy made both transitions seamlessly and with great success. Our systems are top notch and completely compliant with all court requirements, and processing of cases, technically, is smoother than ever.

This was accomplished in the spirit of our commitment since the 1980s to provide clients the top service and performance in the creation and processing of their Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases.

We are proud of our reputation for first class service and compassion for clients’ needs.
